Description:OIL DISPERSANT AND OIL CLEANER: An emulsifiable cleaner-degreaser for use whever grease, oil and other heavy soil must be cleaned quickly and easily. Specially formulated with grease cutting agents, emulsifiers, and inhibitors in a water base. Leaves no residue. Non-corrosive and non-flammable. Dilutes with water for all applications. .
